Write three (3) questions for each story that we covered in class today (see link here) that could be used to start a conversation about the topic and/or keep it going.
Here's the full link to the story about the Chinese government promoting lockdowns on social media.
Generally, these should be WH questions and not yes/no questions...
yes/no question – answer is ‘yes’ or ‘no’
WH question – answer requires more
information (what, who, when, how, why, how many/much) about the contents of
the story.... not “what do you think about....?”
At least two of the three questions for each story should be wh-questions
Students may work alone or in groups of two (2) or three (3).
The deadline is Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 20.00.
